I got to go see Neil Diamond last night when he performed at the United Center. It was EXTREMLY last minute. (like i didn't know about it till an HOUR before the concert! And the best part.......... I got in free!!! My girlfriend Val had an extra ticket because someone from work didn't show up.
He opened the show with Holly Holy and it was just whirlwind from there!!! no Intermission which i thought was wierd but come on i keep forgetting the man is 67 years old. He even has a NEW ALBUM out.
I had a piece of pizza and a sm pepsi and that was 8.75!! t-shirts were 30.00 and i only had 20.00 oh well. i have my ticket stub and a whole page of journaling. Can't wait to get started on that page!

o.k. i think i finally got the hang of this
Or at least i hope. LOL
I have been working very hard on a special book for my former manager and his wife. It is of thier Daughter Wynter who was born at 21 weeks and lived for 55 minutes.
They took 100 or so pics and so i took the pics i could work with and 30 pages later i think it is 3/4 of the way finished. Now all i have to do is the embellishmnents (the fun part). I was just waiting for the muse to hit me and boy like a ton of bricks there is was! I haven't stopped doing research for the book or thinking of something new for it. I would post pics but im not quite sure how to do that.
Other than that i have been stalking the new scrapbook store near me. I absolutly LOVE it. Its called Craft Fancy and Simone and Carol are simply the best!!
I am also very excited about Expo coming to Pheasant Run again this year. I am taking 4 classes and hope to come home with all sorts of new product and lots of fun new things.
