MS CROP FOR A CAUSE

Yesterday I went to a wonderful 9 hour crop to benefit Multiple Sclerosis. It was my second year going to this crop in Schaumburg at Our Redeemer United Methodist Church. This year I was a member of the Princess Party Room.

We had our own sweet table and our own Lady In Waiting (slave for a day) Chris. She would get us anything we wanted.

The six of us, (Well 5) ( we missed you Fiona!!!! Get Well! Me, Margie H. CJ, Chris R. and Mary Beth were VERY well taken care of .

There was a Silent Auction with TONS of wonderful donations given for bids.

I bid on a couple of things and came home with a Quickkuts tote filled with a quickkuts squeeeze two fonts, a heart die and two binders. and a Clip It Up Base stand to display my packaged Embellishments for easy access while i am scrapping. I was a VERY HAPPY SCRAPPER !!! One of the auctions this year was for the Princess room we put up our bid AND WE WON!!!!!!!!

at our table at each of our seats was a wonderful goodie bag filled with all sorts of great stuff . One of the best things was a t shirt that said PRINCESS CROPALOT and a TIARA!!!

We were able to start scrapping an hour before everyone else and we were allowed to stay an hour later than everyone else, we were so excited about all the goodies i don't thing we actually started scrapping until 4 or so SUCH A PRINCESS!!

I was also addicted to this stuff toward the end of the evening. LOL

i HAD A FANTASTIC TIME AND I CAN'T WAIT TILL NEXT YEAR!!! SEE YA PRINCESSES MARCH 6, 2010!!

Awesome Auto Show

Wow it's been a while since i posted sorry, I have been working like a mad dog and surviving all this bloomin snow (enough said about that) oohh and for Valentines Day, I got unlimited texting for my phone.....wasn't that generous....

But last week I asked my friend Marie to go to the Auto Show with me. I love the auto show looking at all the shiny new cars that i wish were mine. I oogled a mini cooper and an updated version of my Cobalt.

With Gabe in tow, (he wanted to go for a long long walk) it was an interesting day.

ONLINE CROP

WEll another Scrap Happy online crop is over . I Love these!!! Its the only time i can shut everyone else out for a weekend and just scrap my little heart away and that i did. I got 30 pages done!! Here are a few of them.

Happy New Year!!

o.k. so it's a couple of days early. I am hoping to sleep tomorrow so i can work tomorrow from 7pm to 3am. (yeah like thats going to happen) (( the sleeping part that is))

Christmas was totally Awesome! (pictures to come)

I got my Camera!!!!!!! I GOT MY CAMERA!!!!! I GOT MY CAMERA!!!!!
It's a Nikon D60 with a 18-55mm lens and I have been playing with it ever since I got it. (See, Howie knew I wouldn't stop nagging.....)
I also got a hat, scrapbooking stuff, (new album coming out next month) and my chocolate frapacinos from starbucks.
I treated myself to a wonderful Holiday Concert Downtown and My Family is wonderful.

so 5 things off the list isn't so bad LOL

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Well I'm off from work (but then again so is everyone else for the most part)
Christmas was O.K. Gabe was out of his mind with excitement and now at 630 pm is fast asleep in the living room floor. LOL (for that matter, so is Howie........) Tomorrow is work, and then off to Woodfield Mall to brave the crowds to get some last minute Hanukkah gifts and to return a book. (THAT SHOULD BE FUN....... NOT!)
We are doing Hanukkah on Saturday looking forward to seeing family. I will post after the new years and let ya know how the wishing star did. LOL

the dog snores and talks and looks like hes breathing!!!! And Yes he got his John Deere!!!!!!

Yikes!!!

Work Work Work!!!! and I love every minute of it!!

EXCEPT........

When I go out to the car after the ice storm we had Sunday night ONLY to find out that my FREAKING tire is flat!!!!!!
well it means a bunch of things,that i will have to rely on Howie and his schedule to get me to work on time, that i will get the tires for the car that i keep telling Howie that I need. (now it's a necessity) and that Howie will hold the tires,the oil change and the car wash that we got on Saturday over my head and I won't be getting my digital camera for Christmas. He is telling me now that those things are my Christmas present. Waaaahhhhhhhhh. Oh well i guess anything is better than having to rely on him to get to and from work eh??

Welcome Noah!!!!

My Girlfrind Lisa had her baby Boy on Thursday Dec 4th!!!!! Noah was 8lbs 9oz 21 1/2 inches long!!! Born at Alexian Brothers Hospital. Both Mom and Baby are doing fine!!!! Yea Lisa and Steve Congrats!!!!!!!
